Raw materials are put through Melt Flow Index tests. After this tests, only the raw materials that comply with standards are taken into production line. Tape yarn production is made by high speed, PC controlled extruders that are being fed by sensitie dosing systems. Per requests of customers, also fibrillated fibers with requested featureas are made.
Fibers that are produced on fiber line are put through endurance tests and the appropriate ones a re sent to the 4.6.8 gripper shuttle looms. In loom control unit, fabric production settings can be adjusted per customer request.
After being woven in sensitive weaving machines, fabrics are wrapped in beams. In wide-width weaving looms, hooded and consolidated circular fabric up to 225 cm can be produced. After leaving the weaving line, fabrics get laminated in requested features according to the use area with extrusion principle.
High resolution providing ceramic print method is used in print processes. With work conditions complying and high quality print inks, fabrics can be printed single or double sided, with 6 different colors. Orders with prints go through pre-print graphic design phase.
All kinds of support about a new design or improvement of a present design can be provided to the customers. After being processed in weaving, print or lamination, the fabrics are cut the planned sizes. After cutting process, the sacks are put through a one or two layer bottom-stitchwork, where the high-endurance fibers made by AGİM are used.
